Our Booking Policy outlines everything you need to know about securing your appointment, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and what to expect before your visit. How to Book:

Appointments can be booked through our website, which will take you directly to our WhatsApp chat for easy and direct communication. Once your preferred time and treatment is confirmed, our team will guide you through the booking and deposit process.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 250 AED is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your visit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this period, or failure to attend, will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any aesthetic treatment. Valid ID may be requested.

Consultations

Consultations are available and may be subject to a small fee, depending on the service. Consultation fees are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with treatment.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Full payment is due on the day of your treatment.
